Donations Boise Rescue Mission Ministries offers food, shelter, education, job search assistance, and counseling to the homeless and needy of the Treasure Valley. The Mission is supported entirely by the generosity of this community in donating funds, food, clothing, and much more to help neighbors in need. Here is a list of what is regularly needed at the Mission's three homeless shelters/addiction recovery centers.
If you would like to donate any of these items, you can bring them to the Mission's warehouse at 1417 W. Jefferson St. in downtown Boise, or to the Lighthouse Rescue Mission in Nampa, at 472 Caldwell Blvd. If you have any questions about making a donation, call us at 343-2389! Special Needs: · Adopt-a Room – The new transitional apartments in Nampa are almost ready to be lived in! They just need a few small items to make them homes for the New Life Program graduates. Visit the Capital Campaign page under "Phase One" to see a full list of needs for these apartments. · Automobiles in Good Condition – Many of our Employment Re-Entry Program members are in need of reliable vehicles to drive to work. The law has changed and donating a vehicle now provides a better tax break than it has been in the past. Please contact Dan Bingaman at 343-2389 if you have a vehicle that you are interested in donating. To volunteer your time, please visit the volunteer page, here.
