BOISE RESCUE MISSION MINISTRIES' OUTREACHES TO THE TREASURE VALLEY

Girl with New Coat In addition to offering emergency shelter meals and long-term help, the Mission partners with friends like you in this community to provide a little help to struggling families, particularly during the harsh winter months. Many of those families also eat some of their meals at the Mission, helping to stretch tight budgets and make ends meet.

Winter Coats

October through December, with the help of Westco Martinizing Dry Cleaning, coats are collected, cleaned, and distributed to those in need. Mittens, hats, and blankets are also distributed.

Holiday Meals
Holiday Meals

Thanksgiving and Christmas banquets serve any members of the community who are in need. The banquets generally take place a few days prior to the holiday. Food boxes are provided so each family can have a holiday meal in their own home.

Those who do not have a home or a family to share the holiday with are invited to our facilities on the actual holiday as well.

Christmas Gifts

BRMM partners with Toys for Tots to collect toys for children of families in need. In 2007, over 8,000 toys were distributed thanks to the Marines' Toys for Tots and your donations!
